Each Ordering Party will enter into the framework agreement with the Tenderer who is awarded the partial agreement.

1.5 Partial agreements - "Split or explain the principle" The tender is divided into 2 partial agreements. Description of sub-agreement 1 – Purchase and delivery of H2 in tube trailer This sub-agreement covers the purchase of H2 as well as the rental of a tube trailer and related delivery to AU's Power-to-X test facility gas farm. Description of sub-agreement 2 – Purchase and delivery of CO2 for tank installations This sub-agreement covers the purchase of CO2 as well as the rental of tank installations and related delivery to AU's Power-to-X test facility gas farm. The tenderer may choose to submit a tender for one or more partial agreements. Description of the tender The tender consists of two sub-agreements, where one sub-agreement must ensure the delivery of H2 in tube trailer and the other must ensure the delivery of CO2 and the rental of tank facilities. Both partial agreements must deliver to AU's Power-to-X test facility gas farm. The purpose of the tender The purpose of this tender is to open the competition for the supply of Hydrogen (H2) and Carbon dioxide (CO2) with storage solution for use in Aarhus University's Power-to-X test facility. The client has received an approved project proposal for conversion from gas to district heating in Resenbro and Skærbæk in accordance with the Heating Supply Act. With this tender, the Ordering Party wishes to obtain offers for the execution of construction and piping work in connection with the conversion from gas to district heating in Resenbro and Skærbæk. The project includes the establishment of a supply line from Arendalsvej to Resenbro as well as the establishment of a new distribution network incl. culverts in Resenbro and Skærbæk. The project includes construction and pipe work, incl. sleeve worker. There must be established approx. 3 km of supply line and approx. 13 km of distribution lines and connection of approx. 450 consumers. The work is offered as a main contract.
